Dr. Zsuzsa Egri

Dr. Zsuzsa Egri obtained her law degree from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University. She further deepened her interest in financial and banking law at Corvinus University of Budapest, where she earned an economist degree and later passed the stock exchange professional examination.
She began her career in the banking sector, gaining experience in workout and litigation, before further deepening her expertise in large-scale corporate and project financing, investment services, and leasing-related legal matters. As an attorney-at-law, she expanded and strengthened her legal expertise as a cooperating partner of several leading Hungarian law firms, with a particular focus on corporate law, financial law, and healthcare law.
In recent years, she has led the legal management of high value, nationally significant M&A transactions on both buyer and seller side in the energy, infrastructure, industrial and manufacturing sectors. Her experience also extends to the full-scope legal support of investment funds, fund managers, and publicly listed companies, including financing structures and corporate governance matters.
Alongside her legal practice, she is deeply engaged in the theoretical and practical aspects of organizational development and leadership, with particular focus on project coordination, conflict management, and leadership and team development.
As co founder of ZEOS Legal, she leverages her extensive transactional, corporate, and banking law experience to deliver high-quality legal solutions to her clients’ complex legal challenges.
