Dr. Ovszána Szárkiszján obtained her law degree from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University. She began her professional career at a law firm, where she gained broad and diverse experience in the field of civil law, with particular focus on real estate law, corporate law, damages, as well as civil litigation and non-contentious proceedings.
From the outset of her career, she has consciously developed her interest in real estate law, which she further deepened through postgraduate studies in Real Estate Law at Pázmány Péter Catholic University. As a real estate law specialist, she possesses comprehensive expertise and practical experience in real estate transactions and construction and development projects.
Throughout her professional career, she has provided comprehensive legal support to numerous Hungarian companies in matters related to real estate law, corporate law and employment law, as well as in complex civil litigation. In recent years, she has been involved in high-value and strategically significant investment projects and M&A transactions, all of which were successfully completed.
Her experience covers the entire lifecycle of real estate transactions, with special focus on high value acquisitions and development projects. In addition, she has substantial expertise in legal matters related to the management and utilization of national assets, providing specialized know-how in cases involving state-owned and municipally owned real estate.
As co founder of ZEOS Legal, she combines her extensive real estate, dispute resolution, and transactional experience with strategic thinking and a consistently solutions oriented approach — creating real, measurable business value for her clients.
